Himmah — Youth Programme Launch

Government & Youth · Sharjah, UAE

For Himmah, a youth programme launched by the Sharjah Government, we produced a campaign film introducing the initiative through a combination of live-action filming and CGI. The aim was to make a government youth programme feel dynamic, contemporary and relevant to a digitally native audience.

Watch the video:

The concept follows a young boy discovering Himmah through a series of increasingly immersive experiences. Starting with a digital interface, the story moves into the real world, where CGI elements, characters, interfaces and programme features become part of the physical environment. The approach allowed the film to communicate the programme's activities and digital experience through a visual language familiar to its young audience.

‍

SAHAL handled the live-action production, including filming and on-set coordination, working alongside the creative and CGI teams to capture the footage required for the mixed-reality execution. The production was designed around the integration of real environments with digital elements, allowing the final film to feel like one continuous experience rather than a conventional government communication piece.

The result is a youth-focused campaign that brings the Himmah programme to life through a combination of real people, real environments and an energetic digital visual language.
