To launch the employer brand.
Started with research among bank employees, found relevant communication messages for different TA’s and created HR communication strategy. Based on it, we developed and launched the HR campaign: - brand-platform «FUIB is YES»; - slogan and identity for the employer brand; - communication strategy for social networks, visual style and layout; - manifesto video as a part of campaign.
HR brand identity is not just a lovely background for the messages on the job sites. It should be the employer voice and tell the story of career opportunities in the company. Working on the visual style of the FUIB employer brand we were inspired by the real stories of employees. This is how we created the pattern which comes from the bank logo. This pattern is alive and dynamic, it moves forward and upward or even to the side – wherever it needs to move. Just like how you're building the career at FUIB.
